Ro Hyde Park is hiring part-time and full-time line cooks. We’re looking for cooks who can hold a station under pressure and turn out plates that kitchen leadership can count on to be consistent, service after service. Working your assigned station alongside our chefs and kitchen team, you’ll set up and stock your mise en place before service, then cook, assemble, and plate menu items to spec with speed and precision during high-volume dining hours. Between and after rushes, you’ll keep your station clean and sanitized, store and rotate product properly, and restock the line so the next shift is set up for success. Candidates must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays, since these are our busiest and most important service times.

• Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Cooks to prepare meals during our dining hours
• Maintain accurate food inventories
• Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
• Rotate stock items as per established procedures
• Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts
• Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized throughout and at the end of your shift
• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred, ideally in a high-volume setting
• Working knowledge of basic culinary techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Florida Food Handler Certification
