Our team works in a lively atmosphere where great customer service, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential. Responsibilities include receiving payments, issuing receipts, and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions. To be successful in this role, you should have availability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays, previous experience in a customer service position and knowledge of POS systems. If you like to work hard, have fun, and be part of a team that brings great energy to every shift and event!

What You'll Do:

• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
• Collect payments whether in cash or credit
• Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
• Redeem vouchers
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Greet customers
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
• Bag to-go items
