We are seeking energetic, dependable, and hospitality-driven individuals to join our daytime team at Sesame Bagels & Coffee. This is a fast-paced, cross-trained position where team members rotate between food preparation, specialty coffee service, and cashier responsibilities to ensure efficient operations and exceptional guest experiences. A motivated, adaptable team player who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of consistency, teamwork, and exceptional hospitality. This position requires availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare bagel sandwiches, breakfast items, and other menu offerings according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Craft specialty coffee, espresso beverages, and other drinks with consistency and attention to detail.
• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and process transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and quality during high-volume service periods.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Restock supplies, maintain organized workstations, and complete opening and closing duties.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and assist in all stations as business demands.
• Deliver genuine hospitality and create positive guest experiences.

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in food service, coffee shops, or customer service preferred.
• Strong multitasking, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and become proficient in all operational stations.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
