Bartender - Steelbach
Tampa, FL
At Steelbach, dining is more than a meal it's a celebration of the South's rich culinary heritage, reimagined with bold creativity and timeless warmth. As a Three Oaks Hospitality concept nestled within the iconic Armature Works property, we've built something special: a Southern-inspired kitchen and chophouse where grass-fed beef from Florida's finest producers meets handcrafted dishes rooted in simplicity and soul.
As a Bartender at Steelbach, you're crafting drinks with precision, keeping the energy high, and making every guest feel like a regular from their first order. You'll mix and pour our full beverage menu with speed and consistency, from craft cocktails to beer and wine, while keeping the bar clean, stocked, and running smoothly during our busiest rushes. You'll build genuine connections with guests, recommend drinks that fit their taste, and work closely with servers and the kitchen to keep the whole floor moving. This role requires availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. What You’ll Do
